Support channels

Contact & Support One ticket desk

C6VPN takes every support request as a ticket in your account panel: subscriptions, orders, refunds, routes and client issues all go through one entry point, and the thread stays in your ticket list for later reference. Before you submit, work through the troubleshooting guide — most connection problems can be pinned down there.

Three entry points

Choose by issue type

Tickets in the panel are the only channel that needs a human; account details and common faults you can sort out yourself in the panel and the docs, without waiting for a reply.

Tickets in the panel

Subscriptions, orders, refunds, routes and client issues all start here. Describe the symptoms and what you have already tried — it gets handled faster.

Which issue goes where

Sending the same issue to the wrong entry point adds a round of forwarding. The table below lists the recommended entry point for each issue type, and what to have ready before you submit.

Ticket workflow

From submission to reply

Tickets are handled in the order they arrive, and the thread stays in the panel for later reference. Describe the symptoms and what you have already checked — it saves a round of back-and-forth.

  1. Submit a ticket in the panel

Sign in, open the tickets page, choose the issue type and put everything about the problem in one ticket. The more complete the details below, the faster it can be pinned down:

    • Client platform: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux
    • The route city and route type that failed, e.g. Tokyo IEPL, Los Angeles relay
    • Symptoms and the exact error text: won't connect, connects but pages won't load, slow speeds, frequent disconnects
    • Order number and payment method, for anything involving orders or refunds
    • What you have already checked: subscription updated, another route tried, client restarted
  2. Handled in order of submission

Tickets are queued by submission time and usually get a first reply within one business day. Anything involving order verification and refunds takes an extra confirmation round, with progress updated in the same ticket; tickets sent on public holidays roll over to the next business day.

  3. The answer stays in the same ticket

Findings and any follow-up questions are answered in the ticket, and the thread stays readable. To follow up on the same issue, reply under the original ticket; a new ticket starts a new queue.

Before you submit

Never put your password in a ticket — a username and order details are enough to verify identity. This service runs an anonymous, no-logs policy, and support only handles account and order matters.

FAQ

Common questions about tickets

How soon will I get a reply after submitting a ticket?

Tickets are queued by submission time and usually get a first reply within one business day. Anything involving order verification and refunds takes an extra confirmation round, with progress updated in the same ticket; tickets sent on public holidays roll over to the next business day.

I didn't enter an email when I registered — what if I forget my password?

Registration only needs a username and password, no email address. If you forget your password, use the recovery flow on the panel login page first; if the recovery entry point is unavailable, submit a ticket with your username and the payment method and time of your most recent order, and support will verify and help.

How do I request a refund?

Submit a ticket in the panel with your order number and a refund request; orders come with a 30-day money-back guarantee, and the outcome is answered in the same ticket.

If I can't connect, should I troubleshoot first or just open a ticket?

Troubleshoot first. Work through the troubleshooting page in order: check the client version, update the subscription, switch to another route, restart the client. If it still fails, open a ticket with the client platform, the city that failed and the exact error text — it saves a round of back-and-forth.

Can I share my subscription link with other people?

A subscription link works like account credentials, so sharing it isn't recommended. Simultaneous devices are unlimited, so your own devices can import the same subscription directly; on a new device, just sign in to the panel and fetch it again.
